General description of Court Pendu Plat:
A small to medium sized, colourful fruit with quite a flattened shape. The rich sweet flavour is balanced by a lightly acidic undercurrent. The flesh is dry and firm rather than crisp.
Court pendu plat trees are hardy, heavy cropping and, because they flower so late, they are a good choice for a frosty site. The blossom is also very beautiful. It is a tight, tidy tree that is well suited where space is limited.
The fruit develop their best flavour after a month of ripening off the branch.

Rootstocks:
All of our Court Pendu Plat trees are grown on MM106 rootstocks.
