Field Maple Trees - Acer campestre

This is the true native Field Maple. It is a beautiful, medium sized large-headed tree, with small lobed leaves that look great when they turn a translucent golden yellow in autumn. Small yellow flowers are produced in spring, followed by winged seeds and red fruit.
