Soft Fruit Plants are bushes with berries or currants that need less room to grow than fruit trees. Several of them will grow well in quite poor, shady conditions. Most of them are ideal for growing in pots.
We grow Blackberries, Blueberries, Gooseberries, Raspberry canes, Red, White & Blackcurrants, Strawberries & 3 Hybrid Berry bushes: the tayberry, loganberry & boysenberry.

With the exception of the Blackberries,
Blueberries and Hybridberries, these are
all bareroot plants.
Bareroot stock is cheaper
than its container grown equivalent, but is only delivered in the winter.
Berry bushes are mostly super easy to grow: fertile soil, good drainage and plenty of sun is ideal, but you can still get great crops from Blackberries, Raspberries and Hybridberries in pretty poor conditions.
