Malus domestica Worcester Pearmain - Eating Apples

Browse all our apple trees here or read our guide to buying the right apple tree.

Worcester Permain apple trees are good croppers producing medium to large bright red/orange eating apples. When ripe, the fruit is aromatic and Worcester Permain has a firm white flesh with a flavour genty reminiscent of strawberries. The apples are also excellent juicers and the tree is usually a first choice for growers wanting something that does well in cold spots.

Worcester Permain is a self-fertile mid-season flowering pollinator (Group C). This means it will produce some fruit if planted by itself, but will crop better in the company of another pollinator. For more information on apple pollination and for good partners for Worcester Permain please take a look at our Guide to Fruit Pollination. Use September-October.

Please note that cordons of this variety are on M9 rootstocks.
