After 48 hours the soakings were fine, after 72 some of the fruit has started to go mouldy in places, so thought I would check website before throwing away. So glad I did ! I made 4 times the recipe and was a bit worried coz the fruit had gone mouldy - nearly tipped the lot out but have carried on... think it is one of the best!!!!
