Common Walnut trees provide the walnuts commonly found in the shops - Black walnuts have tougher shells. Cobnuts, or Filberts, are a larger, denser breed of Hazelnut. Sweet Chestnuts are delicious after they have been roasted.

Delivery information: The planting and delivery season for bare rooted nut trees is November through to March. If you place your order out of season, we will deliver your plants at the beginning of the next season. We will notify you of the delivery date by e-mail, plants come with a helpful leaflet on planting, and we use a 24 hour courier service to get your plants to you in good condition.
