You go for the one on the inside, and if you put a finger in and pull out a little spiral, you\u2019ll see that there is a sharp, pointy corner, and if you take that corner between your finger and thumb, and turn it towards you, you make the spiral on the inside of the nest smaller, and you can just pull it out. And you have one spiral. And for each spiral in the nest, you can repeat that, turning it towards you, puling it out, until you\u2019ve taken all five out. And that\u2019s how to take spirals out of a nest.<\/p><\/details><h3>Step By Step Instructions<\/h3>\n<p>Safety: spirals can have sharp edges, so wear work gloves.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If you are right-handed, hold a roll of rabbit spirals in your left hand<\/li>\n<li>Insert the index and second finger of your right hand into the coiled spirals<\/li>\n<li>Move your fingers apart so they grip the innermost spiral, and twist so that you feel the inside spiral loosen<\/li>\n<li>Pull it out of the nest<\/li>\n<li>Repeat until you have five spirals<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<section
