Thank you for the lovely, healthy, well-rooted camomile plants. I recently planted lots of bare rooted tiny plants from another source. That seemed a more economical solution at the time but I realise I would have been better off getting fewer, larger ones. The new ones are being well tended and are looking good and will hopefully rescue my small camomile lawn project.Mrs F

Just wanted to say thanks. We received our order of 3 silver birch trees this week and thankfully the weather was kind and allowed us to get them in the ground in a timely manner! We are delighted with the trees which look so healthy and are a good size. They represent excellent value for money and we can’t wait to see them take off and grow big and strong. I just wanted to let you know my plants have arrived today as promised. I have unpacked them and they are wonderful, I am so pleased with them. They are much bigger than I expected and in tip-top condition. Thank you so much. I also think they are really excellent value for money – I buy most of my plants on-line (living in Cornwall the choices are a bit limited) and I had looked for Hydrangea seemannii at my usual on-line supplier but they were so expensive I was a bit put off. Ten pounds per plant more (!) Then I searched around and found you – your plants were considerably cheaper and larger so I was a bit worried they might fall short of the mark. But… absolutely no worries on that front. In fact I bought two seemannii from the other supplier earlier this year (I think they are a very ‘useful’ plant, particularly for someone who lives in a walled garden) so can do a direct comparison. Interestingly, they are smaller than yours now even though they have been in the ground and well cared for, for more than six summer months. Hi there, I have just completed a Feefo survey. Just thought I would let you know how great the lady who served me on the phone was. I needed some plants for my gardener the following day (and I rang quite late). The lady said it wasn't possible so I said OK. Shortly afterwards she rang me back...... She had arranged for next day delivery. I'm sorry I can't remember her name, she sounded quIte young but her service was outstanding, super helpful. I received the Cider Apple trees and the Discovery pollinator this morning in the rain. That has kept them nice and moist as I unwrapped the huge parcel. For maidens, I'd expected trees either 5ft or a bit shorter, similar to ones received from other suppliers in the past. Yours were over 6ft and all in blossom. All in exemplary condition and well-branched. I shall need to put them in deeper pots for the time being, having been doused in rootgrow gell and shakings of the dry rootgrow to give them head start before planting them properly, where they are intended to grow on. I cannot thank you enough as these five trees will last a lifetime. Ashridge trees come highly recommended by me. I now look forward to making my own cider in the years to come.Myra

Just wanted to say that I received my order of Honeysuckle Darts World and Clematis Jackmanii this morning and that I’m absolutely delighted with not only the quality of the plants but your customer service as well. The honeysuckle has a little grey mould on some of the leaves , probably to do with being in a cardboard box in this beautiful weather, but the packaging was superb and protected the specimens extremely well. When I first placed my order on 26th March I was a bit disappointed that the delivery date was 4 weeks, but you have delivered sooner and taking into account the difficulties raised during the lockdown I think your service is very good. Thank you so much, Catherine & Co.! The tree arrived this afternoon along with the rhubarb. It was so well-packed that it took me almost an hour to unravel all the tape, bubblewrap and such. The tree looks great. It has had some compost put around its roots in a breathable bag for this evening and the rhubarb root planted in a pot; I won't plant that out until Spring is around the corner. i just wanted to say how impressed I was with the quality of your service and plants. Delivery was efficient, the 12 Rosa Ragusa carefully packed and healthy. This was in contrast to some shrubs I ordered from another company which didn't match their online description. Earlier today I received the delivery of my replacement Silver Birch tree which looks to be a magnificent specimen that is about 14’ tall. You will see that during the last couple of years, since moving to our new house, I have become an enthusiastic customer of yours as we work to enhance our large but slightly neglected garden. We live in a very leafy Estate with large mature gardens, and I have recommended Ashridge to my neighbours and our tree surgeon who also does structural planting in local gardens.
