Ben Lomond is a high yielding blackcurrant with excellent flavour.

For those who live in colder areas and frost pockets, this is the blackcurrant that will deliver reliable yields year in and year out, cropping from early July onwards.

As with all currants, Ben Lomond Blackcurrants are best grown in rows with 1.40 metres between plants and 1.5 metres between rows.
