Ashridge Wins Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for Outstanding Customer Service

We’re delighted to announce that Ashridge has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for outstanding customer service – and it’s all thanks to our lovely customers.

Bravo those fearless Olympians doing things of great courage in the snowy Alps (well - maybe not curling, come to think of it). But – and we don’t mean to brag – whilst the pinnacle of achievement over there is a paltry Gold, over here in sodden Somerset, we’ve been awarded a sparkly Platinum for our customer service.

We’re super proud of our team for earning such great recognition.

The Feefo ‘Platinum Trusted Service Award’ is awarded only to companies that have achieved ‘Gold Standard’, world-class customer service for 3 or more consecutive years. And – thrillingly – in these days of AI generated everything, the reviews that have garnered the award are verified by Feefo as 100% genuine and from real customers.

So thank you, our lovely, loyal customers. It’s all very well being brilliant at what we do (and we hope we are), but having fabulous and properly caring customer service is what it’s really all about.

Just an example. The relentless rain is apparently all Scandinavia’s fault. Of the many rain-related questions we fielded last week, one was a despairing, ‘When is it going to stop?’. Whilst we’re delighted to answer any horti query you may have, this one defeated us. But determined to provide the best customer service possible to our sad caller, we pondered, we speculated, we commiserated and we comforted. We genuinely cared, but the answer to that million dollar question eluded us. Many, many apologies. Even Platinum winners have their limits. 

Gold is lovely – but thanks to our brilliant customers, Ashridge has gone one better, winning the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for outstanding customer service.
