Growing Euonymus japonicus Ovatus Aureus

Any well drained soil in sun or partial shade. Drought tolerant when established. Good for exposed coastal locations.

It is hardy and evergreen pretty much throughout Britain, but in a harsher than average Scottish winter it might drop its leaves.

Spacing an Ovatus Aureus Spindle hedge: 3 plants per metre, 33 centimetres apart, is ideal.
