Captivator Goosberry Bushes
Captivator is a reliable bush gooseberry with red (almost burgundy coloured) sweet fruit from July. It's a vigorous, spreading plant with good disease resistance. The plants we supply are strong, 2 year old bushes with 3-5 shoots each. Captivator gooseberries were bred in Canada and so are enormously hardy.

- Self-fertile.
- Red-pink fruit, sweet.
- Crops steadily from July.

Growing Captivator Gooseberry Plants:
Mature bushes will probably need some bamboo canes for support as the weight of fruit pulls down the branches.
Rich soil is essential - dig in good manure and compost before planting. Gooseberries do very well in cold places.
