Choisyas are in the Citrus family, and every part of the plant smells of oranges, so it's perfect for planting where you'll brush against it, around seated areas, or near a window.

It's easy to grow in any well drained soil, and tolerates partial shade just fine, although you'll get fewer flowers than in full sun.

Pruning is easy: as soon as the flowers begin to fade in late Spring / early Summer, lightly trim it all over to encourage a second flush in late Summer.
