National Tree Week 2022
13/11/2025
National Tree Week 2022 will take place from 26 November – 4 December 2022.
National Tree Week 26th Nov - 5th Dec 2022
Trees are the true heroes of nature. They sustain wildlife, create oxygen, purify our air, are the lungs of our planet and are extraordinarily beautiful.
Ashridge is pleased to support National Tree Week - a moment to celebrate our trees, and to plant as many as we can to mark the start of the annual planting season. Our world needs trees and we are pleased to play a part in our tree filled future.
The winter planting season is upon us and now until the end of March is the perfect time to get outside and get planting. Trees and hedgerows are some of the most powerful tools we have to fight climate change and create a sustainable environment for wildlife. So whether you plant a single tree, a copse, an orchard, a small potted tree, an avenue, a wood or a hedge; every single tree helps us grow a greener and happier future. Individuals, community groups, parks, councils, landowners, farmers, city dwellers and rural communities - please plant a tree or hedge for whatever reason - in memory of someone special, of our late Queen, to mark a moment, celebrate an occasion and celebrate National Tree Week!
