Delphinium Pacific Giants Summer Skies

One of the Pacific Giants series, Delphinium Pacific Giants Summer Skies combines the height of old-fashioned varieties with the vigour and improved blooms of modern hybrids. Topping out at 1.5m, these stately spires of intense sky blue flowers have the added attraction of a creamy-white 'bee' marking in the middle of each bloom. The fabulous flowers are carried above mounds of mid-green, bushy foliage from June to September. If you want to remind yourself of holidays abroad, one look at Summer Skies will take you back to the Med!

If you're looking for a companion in the border to sit in front of Summer Skies or any other of our range of UK grown delphiniums, why not have a look at some of our Cosmos?

Great In Your Garden...

Ideal for the back of the border, these cottage garden favourites reach a height of 1.5m, so it's important to stake them and make sure they are in a sheltered position, especially if they are in large pots. Try planting them in a sunny corner or against a wall where plants will get some protection.

Such long spikes of flowers means they look fantastic in large vases, especially when mixed with tall, daisy-type blooms.
