A delightful hodge-podge of different blooms with variable strength of colour. In general, they have cream, pale pink, and pale yellow recesses, warming to a richer orange in the centre, blushing with pink-red splodges towards the ends of the petals. Light fragrance. A tidy shrub to 60cm, it thrives in pots.

Repeating roses love to be deadheaded in order to keep on flowering, this variety more than average, so we recommend really prompt deadheading, especially if you are not cutting the flowers for your vases.
Bred by Colin Pearce as part of his Limes Series in 2004, registration code PEAenjoy, it is widely sold under the name Limesjuwel abroad. A Whiter Shade of Pale is one of his most famous creations.
