Growing 'Lime Marmalade' Heucheras

These undemanding plants need a well-drained soil, ideally on the sandy/gritty side, with neutral to mildly acidic pH.
They like some dappled shade at midday: given shelter and moist soil, full sun by itself will do little damage to the foliage, but a combination of full sun, wind and dry soil tends to scorch it.

In mild conditions, heuchera keeps its leaves through winter. Tidy up tired-looking leaves each spring.

This is an excellent variety to cheer up a semi-shaded place with the freshness of its foliage, to contrast with darker-leaved heuchera, or makes a fresh palette with white flowers, such as Geraniums or Nicotiana. A versatile plant celebrated for as being one of the most colourful foliage plants, which works equally well in pots as it does in borders.
