Description

Round Bulb Baskets: 26cm Diameter, Pack of 3

The fiddliest part of growing flower bulbs that need to be dug up and stored dry until the following planting season is finding them all in your border and digging them up without damaging them, especially the offsets (baby bulbs that multiply from the mother bulb), which can be quite fragile.

Growing them in a buried bulb basket solves all of that, and then the basket serves as a container for storing the bulbs.
When the flowers have faded and the foliage withered, lift the whole basket out and place it in a cool, dry place.
You can then immediately fill the hole left by your spring bulbs with summer annuals.

Features:

  • Convenient: no searching for your bulbs
  • Prevent damage when lifting bulbs
  • Serves as a bulb storage container
  • Ideal for borders or containers

Not suitable for layer planting with one basket on top of another; you can try burying them next to each other but at different depths to achieve a similar effect.
