Did You Know?
Bred by Danish husband and wife team, Pernille and Mogens Olesen in 1990, and introduced by Poulsen Roser under the name Shrimp Hit in 2001 (POUlshrimp); at some point since then, a clever marketer noticed that roses are more popular birthday gifts than crustaceans, and rebranded it. The parents are Victory Parade (POUlvic) and Everglades (POUlege).
