**Terms and Conditions: The Christmas draw is open to all active subscribers of Ashridge who have maintained their subscription status throughout the promotional period.

Promotion Period: The promotion will run from December 1st 2024, to December 24th, 2024.

Entry: All eligible subscribers are automatically entered into the Christmas draw. No additional action is required.

Prizes: A unique gift will be awarded daily to a randomly selected subscriber during the promotion period. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Delivery: Prizes will be delivered in January 2025, winners will be contacted via email, and to facilitate delivery, they must provide their address and contact telephone number, with delivery limited to mainland Britain and the Isle of Wight.

Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly chosen from the pool of eligible subscribers on each day of the promotion. The selection process will be conducted fairly and impartially.

Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their subscription within 14 days of being selected. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, an alternative winner may be selected.

Publicity: By participating in the Christmas draw, winners agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes related to the draw, without any additional compensation.

Privacy: Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of the Christmas draw and will not be shared with third parties. Disqualification: Ashridge reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent activities.

Modification or Termination: Ashridge reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Christmas draw at any time without prior notice. By participating in the Christmas draw, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Ashridge's decisions regarding any aspect of the draw are final and binding.

This is governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
