Growing Our Beth Roses

Good soil in a sheltered, sunny spot is ideal for these large blooms, which are noted for their tolerance of dry soils when mature. Like most Rosas, they are tough plants, and tolerate a bit of shade well.

In Your Garden Design

An exquisite very versatile rose that can be grown in a flower bed, a container, a small climber or even a hedge. What more could you ask for? Also good for cutting. A soft pale pink it would look good with white flowered plants. For a charming old-fashioned look team up with white snapdragons and Artemisia ludoviciana or alongside Gaura Lindheimeri.

Did You Know?

Bred in 2006 by Amanda Beales (1967-2013) of Peter Beales Roses, registration code BEAcarol, it was named after one of their employees, Beth Loasby. The parents were Louise Odier and English Miss.
