Onion & Garlic Bulbs for Sale

The Best Onion & Garlic Varieties

Edible Allium Species

Bulbs of onion and garlic, cousins in the Allium genus, like similar conditions in well drained soil that is fertile, but not especially high in nitrogen, and also grow well in ridges made over heavy clay soils to give them some extra drainage. Buying them as bulbs saves a lot of time and some work compared to growing from seed, giving you a big head start on your first harvest.

Overwintering onions, bought as immature bulbs called sets, are so convenient compared to growing from seed.
