To make your capresse salad, slice up your buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes (small or big, as long they are ripe it does not matter) and arrange on a plate, alternating between the tomato and mozzarella. Sprinkle the fresh basil leaves over the top and add a good drizzle of olive oil. If you're a fan of balsamic syrup, this also makes a great addition to the dish.
