Our sweet pea flowers are the perfect climbing annual. They’re easy to grow on lightweight supports, self-clinging, and wonderfully fragrant. For spectacular colourful blooms from May to September, the best time to plant sweet peas outdoors is after the last frost has passed. This is around mid-April or up to mid-or-late May in colder regions. Perfect as both climbers and potted plants, this versatile plant is a fantastic addition to every summer garden. 

Buying Sweet Pea Plants Online

All our sweet pea plug plants are expertly grown in the UK and dispatched from our nursery when conditions are ideal:

• Seasonal dispatch – delivery is usually between the end of February and mid-June, subject to weather conditions
• Typical lead time – most orders are processed and lifted within 2 weeks when in season and in stock
• Fast delivery – once dispatched, plants are delivered by next working day courier

Once you receive your sweet pea plugs, make sure to unpack, water, and plant them in a sunny spot. If you can’t do this right away, water them every 48 hours to keep them fresh. 

Please note that mail order annual plants are not covered by our one-year guarantee as it’s normal for them to not last beyond a year.
