This is just one of the many varieties of spring flowering bulb in our range so if Ellen daffodils are not for you or if you would like to mix them with other bulbs there are plenty more to choose from.
Ellen are sold as premium 12-14cms bulbs which means you get 1 -2 strong flowering shoots per bulb in the spring following planting. For years of pleasure it pays to incorporate a bit of compost or well rotted organic matter in the the planting area. Make sure the ground is moist in the growing season (which is winter and spring for bulbs) and don't mow the grass where they are growing until the foliage has died down.
